As a successful leader, you continually strive to improve your performance to achieve a better life for yourself and your family. Yet, at times you struggle with self-confidence issues, competing-demands of work-life balance, lower than expected performance outcomes, career sabotage, or the ability to achieve the next level of success.
Don’t worry, you are not alone. Every leader I have known has at some point in their life hit one of these milestones. The successful leaders I know do not let it stop them from getting better results. They seek the necessary guidance to move forward.
John articulated how I understood my business and provided insights into increasing my sales and financial opportunities.
Heidi Anderson — Building Ideas
Over the years, I have created a simple methodology with a powerful impact called True Star Leadership.
Where we start is as important as
where we are going. No one can
help unless they know where you
are. I use several different
assessments to help the leader
better define their strengths and
how others might see them.
Direction provides clarity in the
actions necessary to achieve our
goals. Together the leader and I
will develop an understanding of
where the leader is headed and
what they want to accomplish
along the way.
One of my favorite quotes is,
“There are three paths, and this
is one.” There is no one way to
be a great manager. There is no
one way to be a great leader. I
work with the leader to
develop a path that best fits their
talents and skills, allowing them
to reach their goals.
Even with a clear path, people
stumble. As a guide, I walk
alongside the manager, helping
them tap into their intrinsic
motivation, warning them of
potential hazards, and holding
them accountable to their
objectives.

I am a guide. During the coaching process I will give you the necessary knowledge and resources so you can make better decision in the moment. However, my main contribution will be to challenge you and to hold you accountable to your dreams.
John connected with my vision from our very first meeting. As an entrepreneur. I have found John’s coaching to be extremely valuable and supportive. The advice has allowed me to stay focus and achieve my goals. He is a transformational and exemplary professional coach.

Simply put, a business coach guides individuals to better performance as a leader. Yet, that does not answer the question, does it?
As a certified coach, I help successful individuals develop the necessary skills and behaviors to become more effective leaders. By working with my clients to understand their challenges and opportunities within the work environment, I then provide the necessary guidance to make them more effective in their role.
I offer two methods of coaching:
I recognize that there is an investment in resources (time and money) to working with a coach that without a return does not make good business sense. Working with me will improve your leadership effectiveness as measured via one of my assessment tools. Those individuals who have worked with a leadership coach find that their productivity and effectiveness increase across the board.
Most of my engagements last between six to twelve months.
Coaching is about trust. I offer thirty minute complimentary coaching sessions for potential clients so I can learn about their goals and challenges. It is also gives you an opportunity to learn about the process and whether it will be a good fit for you.
