How do we start being better leaders?

Awareness

The more we become aware of our leadership capabilities, the better our choices will become. The first step in this process is to understand our strengths and our limitations. With the True Star Leadership method, I use a four-step method that includes interviewing our clients, performing a leadership assessment, and providing coaching to start our client on their journey to becoming a better leader.

Are you applying your leadership qualities to get better results?

It is hard to know this if you are not aware of what your leadership strengths and limitations are. The annual performance review provides you with your leadership qualities within respect to your present job but doesn’t tell you what strengths you need to develop for your next job. A personality assessment, although limited validation, helps you better understand your place within the work environment but doesn’t prepare you to lead.

The Assessments used through the True Star Leadership will provide you insights into your overall leadership capabilities and what attributes you should continue to work on to become a better leader. Additionally, I offer a sixty minute coaching session to help you formulate a plan to become a better leader.
